Savant offers industrial grade FFF and SLA 3D printing as a manufacturing service.
Fused Filament Fabrication is similar to FDM printing but it allows for a continious fiber reinforcement to be added on the interior of the part. Additional fiber reinforcement can be added to drastically increase strength and other properties of the part.

SLA 3D Printing
SLA machines are capable of printing extremely accurate parts using a variety of resins.
Standard Resin, Castable Wax Resin, Rigid Resin, Durable Resin, Tough Resin, Flexible Resin, High Temp Resin
Post Processing
Threaded Inserts and Support Removal
Support removal is standard on all parts. For parts with interior threads called out. the heat set threaded inserts will be added. The design of certian parts may inhibit this.
